Seven Lectures on the Universal Algebraic Geometry [PDF]
Some notions of algebraic geometry can be defined for arbitrary varieties of algebras. This leads to universal algebraic geometry. The main idea of the presented theory is to consider interactions between algebra, logic and geometry in algebras from a given variety of algebras.

Derivations of certain algebras defined by étale descent [PDF]
We give an explicit description of the Lie algebra of derivations for a class of infinite dimensional algebras which are given by \'etale descent. The algebras under consideration are twisted forms of central algebras over rings, and include the multiloop algebras that appear in the construction of extended affine Lie algebras.

Applications of $\mathrm{C}^*$-classification
We provide some background on the category of classifiable $\mathrm{C}^*$-algebras, whose objects are infinite-dimensional, simple, separable, unital $\mathrm{C}^*$-algebras that have finite nuclear dimension and satisfy the universal coefficient theorem,

Parabolic induction, categories of representations and operator spaces
We study some aspects of the functor of parabolic induction within the context of reduced group C*-algebras and related operator algebras. We explain how Frobenius reciprocity fits naturally within the context of operator modules, and examine the ...

Homotopy chiral algebras [PDF]
We define a notion of a homotopy chiral algebra (HCA), which means a chiral algebra up to higher homotopies, and prove that the Cech complex of a sheaf of chiral algebras admits a structure of a HCA.
