Structural Modifications of Matrine-Type Alkaloids

Mini-Reviews in Medicinal Chemistry, 2018
Matrine-type alkaloids belong to quinolizidine analogues from Sophora flavescens Ait, Sophora subprostrata and Sophora alopecuroides L. possess numerous therapeutic properties and have attracted continuous attention over the past few decades. In order to improve the activities and amplify their applicants, many matrine-type derivatives have synthesized

An x-ray structural investigation of cis-matrine — A new stereoisomer of matrine

Chemistry of Natural Compounds, 1981
In an investigation of the three-dimensional structure of the alkaloid matrine by x-ray structural analysis, a new stereoisomer of it has been detected, which has been called cis-matrine. In cis-matrine rings C and D are cis-linked, while the configurations of the A, B, and C fragments in cis-matrine and in ordinary matrine are identical.

Matrine-imprinted monolithic stationary phase for extraction and purification of matrine from Sophorae flavescentis Ait

Journal of Chromatography B, 2011
A matrine-imprinted monolithic stationary phase (MIP monolith) was prepared by in situ polymerization for extraction and purification of matrine from Sophorae flavescentis Ait. Matrine was used as the template molecule, methacrylic acid as the function monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the cross-linking agent, and toluene and dodecanol as the ...

[HPCE determination of matrine in matrine liposome].

Zhong yao cai = Zhongyaocai = Journal of Chinese medicinal materials, 2007
To establish an HPCE method for the determination of matrine in Matrine Liposome.HPCE was used. The best condition was achieved with a fused silica capillary tube( 150 cm x 75 microm), 0.25 mol/L phosphate buffer (pH 6.8), at constant voltage of 20 kV and temperature at 25 degrees C.
