We discuss perturbative O(g2a) matching with static heavy quarks and domainwall light quarks for lattice operators relevant to B-meson decays and B0–¯B 0 mixing. The chiral symmetry of the light domain-wall quarks does not prohibit operator mixing at O(a)

Norm of Operators on the Generalized Cesàro Matrix Domain
Roopaei in [13] has introduced some factorization for the infinite Hilbert matrix and the Cesàro matrix of order n based on the generalized Cesàro matrix.

Application of joint domain localised matrix CFAR detector for HFSWR
Target detection is one of the most important parts of high-frequency surface wave radar (HFSWR) signal processing, to find targets in noise or clutter and obtain targets’ information.

We identify USP29 as the only DUB mirroring CA9 expression, a marker of hypoxia and HIF pathway activation associated with PCA aggressiveness. USP29 stabilizes HIF‐1α and HIF‐2α via a noncanonical mechanism that is independent of PHD/pVHL activity yet relies on proteasomal regulation, establishing USP29 as a previously unrecognized regulator of hypoxic

Domain-Invariant Partial-Least-Squares Regression
Multivariate calibration models often fail to extrapolate beyond the calibration samples because of changes associated with the instrumental response, environmental condition, or sample matrix.

Successive translocation into and out of the mitochondrial matrix [PDF]
We investigated the import and sorting pathways of cytochrome b2 and cytochrome c1, which are functionally located in the intermembrane space of mitochondria.

Matrix Interpretations on Polyhedral Domains.
We refine matrix interpretations for proving termination and complexity bounds of term rewrite systems we restricting them to domains that satisfy a system of linear inequalities. Admissibility of such a restriction is shown by certificates whose validity can be expressed as a constraint program.

MITF maintains genome stability in nonmelanocyte lineages
MITF is essential for melanocyte survival and acts as an oncogene in 10%–20% of melanomas. We show that MITF depletion causes genome instability in nonmelanocytic cells, leading to LATS2‐mediated P53 activation, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis. This study highlights the role of MITF as a genome maintenance factor beyond the melanocyte lineage. Created

Oncogenic DMTF1β promotes cancer cell motility by regulating autophagy through ULK1 stabilization
In the current study, we demonstrate that the oncogene DMTF1β regulates ULK1 stability by reducing its proteasomal degradation in cancer cells. This stabilization enables ULK1 to induce autophagy, which in turn facilitates cancer cell migration. Consequently, reduced DMTF1β levels lead to decreased autophagy and impaired cancer cell migration.

Probing the druggability of the Notch1 ankyrin domain using a fragment-based approach
Notch signalling is a highly conserved pathway that is important in the developmental processes that control cell differentiation and cell fates. This canonical pathway involves binding of a transmembrane ligand in one cell to the extraceullular domain ...
