A comprehensive genomic and proteomic analysis of cervical cancer revealed STK11 and STX3 as a potential biomarkers of chemoradiation resistance. Our study demonstrated EGFR as a therapeutic target, paving the way for precision strategies to overcome treatment failure and the DNA repair pathway as a critical mechanism of resistance.

On Generalized p,q-Euler Matrix and Associated Sequence Spaces
In this study, we introduce new BK-spaces bsr,tp,q and b∞r,tp,q derived by the domain of p,q-analogue Br,tp,q of the binomial matrix in the spaces ℓs and ℓ∞, respectively.

Noniterative MAP Reconstruction Using Sparse Matrix Representations [PDF]
We present a method for noniterative maximum a posteriori (MAP) tomographic reconstruction which is based on the use of sparse matrix representations. Our approach is to precompute and store the inverse matrix required for MAP reconstruction. This approach has generally not been used in the past because the inverse matrix is typically large and fully ...

YAP1::TFE3 mediates endothelial‐to‐mesenchymal plasticity in epithelioid hemangioendothelioma
The YAP1::TFE3 fusion protein drives endothelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EndMT) plasticity, resulting in the loss of endothelial characteristics and gain of mesenchymal‐like properties, including resistance to anoikis, increased migratory capacity, and loss of contact growth inhibition in endothelial cells.

Multiplicative maps on generalized \(n\)-matrix rings
Let \(\mathfrak{R}\) and \(\mathfrak{R}'\) be two associative rings (not necessarily with identity elements). A bijective map \(\varphi\) of \(\mathfrak{R}\) onto \(\mathfrak{R}'\) is called an \textit{\(m\)-multiplicative isomorphism} if {\(\varphi (x_{1} \cdots x_{m}) = \varphi(x_{1}) \cdots \varphi(x_{m})\)} for all \(x_{1}, \dotsc ,x_{m}\in ...

Emerging role of ARHGAP29 in melanoma cell phenotype switching
This study gives first insights into the role of ARHGAP29 in malignant melanoma. ARHGAP29 was revealed to be connected to tumor cell plasticity, promoting a mesenchymal‐like, invasive phenotype and driving tumor progression. Further, it modulates cell spreading by influencing RhoA/ROCK signaling and affects SMAD2 activity. Rho GTPase‐activating protein

Modeling hepatic fibrosis in TP53 knockout iPSC‐derived human liver organoids
This study developed iPSC‐derived human liver organoids with TP53 gene knockout to model human liver fibrosis. These organoids showed elevated myofibroblast activation, early disease markers, and advanced fibrotic hallmarks. The use of profibrotic differentiation medium further amplified the fibrotic signature seen in the organoids.

This manuscript plans to prove a common fixed point theorem for interpolative contraction mappings in Bicomplex-valued b-metric spaces. Our results generalize and extend several works in literature. We provide an example for verification of our results.

The concepts of b-metric spaces and ω t -distance mappings play a key role in solving various kinds of equations through fixed point theory in mathematics and other science. In this article, we study some fixed point results through these concepts.
