The staircase method: integrals for periodic reductions of integrable lattice equations
We show, in full generality, that the staircase method provides integrals for mappings, and correspondences, obtained as traveling wave reductions of (systems of) integrable partial difference equations.

Non-conformal Repellers and the Continuity of Pressure for Matrix Cocycles [PDF]
The pressure function P(A, s) plays a fundamental role in the calculation of the dimension of “typical” self-affine sets, where A = (A1, …,Ak) is the family of linear mappings in the corresponding generating iterated function system.

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

The concepts of b-metric spaces and ω t -distance mappings play a key role in solving various kinds of equations through fixed point theory in mathematics and other science. In this article, we study some fixed point results through these concepts.

A relational-theoretic approach to get solution of nonlinear matrix equations
In this study, we consider a nonlinear matrix equation of the form X = Q + ∑ i = 1 m A i ∗ G ( X ) A i $\mathcal{X}= \mathcal{Q} + \sum_{i=1}^{m} \mathcal{A}_{i}^{*} \mathcal{G} (\mathcal{X})\mathcal{A}_{i}$ , where Q $\mathcal{Q}$ is a Hermitian ...

Noniterative MAP Reconstruction Using Sparse Matrix Representations [PDF]
We present a method for noniterative maximum a posteriori (MAP) tomographic reconstruction which is based on the use of sparse matrix representations. Our approach is to precompute and store the inverse matrix required for MAP reconstruction. This approach has generally not been used in the past because the inverse matrix is typically large and fully ...

LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro
Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.

We have defined and studied the weighted Nakano sequence spaces of fuzzy functions. We have constructed the ideal generated by extended s-fuzzy functions and the sequence spaces of fuzzy functions.

Numerical solution of scattering problems using a Riemann--Hilbert formulation [PDF]
A fast and accurate numerical method for the solution of scalar and matrix Wiener--Hopf problems is presented. The Wiener--Hopf problems are formulated as Riemann--Hilbert problems on the real line, and a numerical approach developed for these problems ...
