A Hybrid Proximal Point Three-Step Algorithm for Nonlinear Set-Valued Quasi-Variational Inclusions System Involving (A,η)-Accretive Mappings

open access: yesFixed Point Theory and Applications, 2010
The main purpose of this paper is to introduce and study a new class of generalized nonlinear set-valued quasi-variational inclusions system involving (A,η)-accretive mappings in Banach spaces.

Moment map and matrix integrals

open access: yes, 2021
We discuss the geometry behind some integrals related to structure constants of the Liouville conformal field theory.

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

( r 1 , r 2 ) $(r_{1},r_{2})$ -Cesàro summable sequence space of non-absolute type and the involved pre-quasi ideal

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications, 2021
We suggest a sufficient setting on any linear space of sequences V $\mathcal{V}$ such that the class B V s $\mathbb{B}^{s}_{\mathcal{V}}$ of all bounded linear mappings between two arbitrary Banach spaces with the sequence of s-numbers in V $\mathcal{V}$

Heterogeneous Transfer Learning via Deep Matrix Completion with Adversarial Kernel Embedding

open access: yesAAAI Conference on Artificial Intelligence, 2019
Heterogeneous Transfer Learning (HTL) aims to solve transfer learning problems where a source domain and a target domain are of heterogeneous types of features.

In vitro models of cancer‐associated fibroblast heterogeneity uncover subtype‐specific effects of CRISPR perturbations

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Development of therapies targeting cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) necessitates preclinical model systems that faithfully represent CAF–tumor biology. We established an in vitro coculture system of patient‐derived pancreatic CAFs and tumor cell lines and demonstrated its recapitulation of primary CAF–tumor biology with single‐cell transcriptomics ...

Statistical convergence and uniqueness properties of regular matrix summability

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications
This paper extends classical results on regular matrix summability to the framework of statistical convergence. By leveraging density-preserving mappings and constructing oscillating sequences with controlled density properties, we establish fundamental ...

On Generalized p,q-Euler Matrix and Associated Sequence Spaces

open access: yesJournal of Function Spaces, 2021
In this study, we introduce new BK-spaces bsr,tp,q and b∞r,tp,q derived by the domain of p,q-analogue Br,tp,q of the binomial matrix in the spaces ℓs and ℓ∞, respectively.

Transcriptional network analysis of PTEN‐protein‐deficient prostate tumors reveals robust stromal reprogramming and signs of senescent paracrine communication

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...

Potential therapeutic targeting of BKCa channels in glioblastoma treatment

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This review summarizes current insights into the role of BKCa and mitoBKCa channels in glioblastoma biology, their potential classification as oncochannels, and the emerging pharmacological strategies targeting these channels, emphasizing the translational challenges in developing BKCa‐directed therapies for glioblastoma treatment.
