Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

Does the Investment Opportunities Bias Affect the Investment-Cash Flow Sensitivities of Unlisted SMEs? [PDF]
Using a panel of 5,999 small and medium-sized Belgian enterprises (SMEs) over the period 2002-2008, we identify three measures of investment opportunities suitable for unlisted firms. We then estimate firm-varying investment-cash flow sensitivities (ICFS)

Preprocessing Maximum Flow Algorithms [PDF]
Maximum-flow problems occur in a wide range of applications. Although already well-studied, they are still an area of active research. The fastest available implementations for determining maximum flows in graphs are either based on augmenting-path or on

A maximum principle for combinatorial Yamabe flow
This article studies a discrete geometric structure on triangulated manifolds and an associated curvature flow (combinatorial Yamabe flow). The associated evolution of curvature appears to be like a heat equation on graphs, but it can be shown to not ...

Flow Patterns Providing Maximum Speed-Up Ratio and Maximum Speed-Up Area of Pedestrian-Level Winds
Wind speed increases in pedestrian-level spaces around high-rise buildings tend to cause uncomfortable and even unsafe wind conditions for pedestrians.

The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

The inverse maximum flow problem considering
The problem is to modify the capacities of the arcs from a network so that a given feasible flow becomes a maximum flow and the maximum change of the capacities on arcs is minimum.

Oncogenic DMTF1β promotes cancer cell motility by regulating autophagy through ULK1 stabilization
In the current study, we demonstrate that the oncogene DMTF1β regulates ULK1 stability by reducing its proteasomal degradation in cancer cells. This stabilization enables ULK1 to induce autophagy, which in turn facilitates cancer cell migration. Consequently, reduced DMTF1β levels lead to decreased autophagy and impaired cancer cell migration.
