A New Bioactive Glass‐Based Hybrid Bioink With Enhanced Cell Viability and Antibacterial Properties
Graphical illustration of the production and characterization process, demonstrating the multiple functions of the new hybrid gelatin methacryloyl‐silver‐bioactive glass (GAB) material. Created in https://BioRender.com. ABSTRACT Recent advances in three‐dimensional bioprinting (3DBP) technology enable the production of customized bone substitutes ...

A water‐activated phospholipid phase‐separation gel is repurposed as a drug‐free surgical barrier for postoperative adhesion prevention. Propylene glycol promotes rapid lamellar gel reinforcement, prolonged local retention, and tissue coverage, while phosphatidylcholine‐mediated immunomodulation suppresses inflammatory and fibrotic responses. This dual‐

: Objectives: Colistin is considered a last-resort antibiotic against carbapenem-resistant isolates. Currently, this antibiotic is facing the emergence of mobilised colistin resistance (mcr) genes, which confer colistin resistance.

MCR-1-dependent lipid remodelling compromises the viability of Gram-negative bacteria
The global dissemination of the mobilized colistin resistance gene, mcr-1, threatens human health. Recent studies by our group and others have shown that the withdrawal of colistin as a feed additive dramatically reduced the prevalence of mcr-1. Although

Three‐dimensional bioprinting transforms breast cancer modeling from simple constructs into spatially organized, multicellular, perfused, and patient‐derived platforms. This review shows how bioinks, cellular composition, architecture, and flow govern tumor behavior and drug response, while revealing why complexity alone is insufficient without ...

Anion‐exchange doping of conjugated polymers is an effective way to achieve high conductivities. Here, we report over 2000 S cm−1 electrical conductivity for doped P(g3BTTT). In addition, we show that P(g3BTTT) sustains exceptionally high doping levels without any drop in the charge mobility.

Involvement of hpap2 and dgkA Genes in Colistin Resistance Mediated by mcr Determinants
Plasmid-mediated colistin resistance (mcr) determinants are challenging the efficacy of polymyxins against Gram-negative pathogens. Among 10 mcr genes described so far, the major determinants mcr-1 and mcr-3 are found closely linked to hpap2 or dgkA ...

Cancer‐associated NPC remodeling creates a high‐flux, low‐stringency nuclear state that supports malignant adaptation but increases mechanical fragility. Targeting the FG‐barrier or NPC scaffold may drive mechanostat failure, envelope rupture, DNA damage, and loss of nuclear integrity.
