Meaning in Life as a Moderator of the Association Between Future Anxiety and Depression
This study examines meaning in life as a moderator of the association between future anxiety and depression in 251 final-year university students in Yogyakarta, Indonesia (aged 18-25). Finishing university, a key time in young adulthood, can be stressful

THE MEANING OF LIFE WAYANG WONG SRIWEDARI PLAYERS
The meaning of life is something that is considered important, valuable, and desirable as well as provide special value to one's self. The meaning of life is also worthy life goals. This study aims to find a vision of the meaning of life from the players

The Ile181Asn variant of human UDP‐xylose synthase (hUXS1), associated with a short‐stature genetic syndrome, has previously been reported as inactive. Our findings demonstrate that Ile181Asn‐hUXS1 retains catalytic activity similar to the wild‐type but exhibits reduced stability, a looser oligomeric state, and an increased tendency to precipitate ...

The Study of Meaning and the Meaning of Life
In one form or another, the phenomena associated with “meaning transfer” become central issues in a lot of recent work on semantics. This study is our contribution towards clarifying the expression “The Meaning of Life” in the proceedings of the 2010 ...

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Calpain small subunit homodimerization is robust and calcium‐independent
Calpains dimerize via penta‐EF‐hand (PEF) domains. Using single‐molecule force spectroscopy, we measured the strength and kinetics of PEF–PEF homodimer binding. The interaction is robust, shows a transient conformational step before dissociation, and remains largely insensitive to Ca2+.

Analyzing the View of Retirees About the Meanings, Meaningful Indicators and Demeaning of Life [PDF]
The question of the meaning and purpose of life is one of the most worrying issues of the present age. So that many theorists believe that finding the meaning of life is one of the most important needs of humans today.
