Rapid purification of alkylamides from Zanthoxylum bungeanum by medium-pressure liquid chromatography and the establishment of a numbness prediction model using an electronic tongue.

Analytical Methods
In the present study, an efficient and rapid method for the preparation of high-purity typical alkylamides from Zanthoxylum bungeanum (Z. bungeanum) pericarps using medium-pressure liquid chromatography (MPLC) was developed.

An effective method based on medium-pressure liquid chromatography and recycling high-speed counter-current chromatography for enrichment and separation of three minor components with similar polarity from Dracocephalum tanguticum.

Journal of Separation Science, 2018
The separation of minor compounds, especially those with similar polarities from a complex sample, remains challenging. In the proposed study, an effective method based on medium-pressure liquid chromatography and recycling high-speed counter-current ...

A low-cost medium-pressure liquid chromatography system for preparative separations

Chromatographia, 1979
On the basis of theoretical and economic considerations a medium-pressure liquid chromatography system for preparative separations was developed. The choice of stationary phases with an average particle size of about 50 μm allows a dry column packing technique and makes possible short separation times with low pressure drop.

Instrumentation and separation results of medium pressure liquid chromatography.

Journal of Chromatographic Science, 1987
This paper describes the assembly, usage, operation, and separation results of a medium pressure liquid chromatography (MPLC) instrument. Its ability to separate compounds with high resolution makes it a powerful tool for many chemistry laboratories. This equipment can be easily built from inexpensive commercially available materials.

Analytical medium-pressure liquid chromatography of cellulolytic enzymes on spheron ion exchangers

Journal of Chromatography A, 1983
Abstract Cellulolytic enzymes from the cultivation liquid of Trichoderma viride-reesei were submitted to a rapid medium-pressure liquid chromatography, analytical and semipreparative, on weakly, medium and strongly acidic cation exchangers and on medium and strongly basic anion exchangers spheron 1000.

Medium-pressure liquid chromatography of Leozym, a pectic enzyme preparation, on ion-exchange derivatives of spheron

Journal of Chromatography A, 1982
Abstract Leozym, a commercial pectic enzyme preparation. was subjected to medium-pressure liquid chromatography on weakly, medium, and strongly acidic cation exchangers and on weakly and strongly basic anion exchangers, and to hydrophobic chromatography on the ionogenically unsubstituted glycomethacrylate macroreticular gel of the Spheron type.

Medium-pressure liquid chromatography of platinum metal ions on spheron DEAE

Collection of Czechoslovak Chemical Communications, 1983
Spheron DEAE (modified macroreticular hydroxyethylmethacrylate-ethylenedimethacrylate copolymer) was used for chromatographic separation and determination of Rh(III), Pd(II), and Pt(IV) in chloride medium. The most suitable composition of the mobile phase was looked for by studying the influence of hydrochloric acid concentration on the capacity ratios

Strategies of mobile phase transfer from thin-layer to medium-pressure liquid chromatography with silica is the stationary phase

Journal of Chromatography A, 1990
Abstract The location of the fronts in thin-layer chromatography (TLC) with multicomponent mobile phases is discussed with reference to the possibilities of mobile phase transfer via analytical overpressured-layer chromatography (OPLC) to preparative medium-pressure liquid chromatography (MPLC).
