A Case Report of Giant Congenital Melanocytic Nevus Complicated by Minimal Change Disease, With Genetic Analysis

A 39‐year‐old woman with congenital giant melanocytic nevus presented with new‐onset nephrotic syndrome and was diagnosed with minimal change disease by renal biopsy. The image shows large pigmented patches with coarse hair on the back, bilateral abdominal lesions, and scattered pigmented macules on the lower legs.

Photoprotective, Antioxidant and Anti‐Inflammatory Effects of Aged Punica granatum Extract: In Vitro and In Vivo Insights

This study evaluates the bioactivity of an aged pomegranate extract (APEx) on human skin. HPLC‐MS identified key compounds: ellagic acid, punicalagin, and urolithin A. In vitro assays confirmed antioxidant, anti‐inflammatory, and low cytotoxic potential.
