Behavioral Modeling and Predistortion of Dual-Band Power Amplifiers

open access: yesIEEE Access
Dual-band power amplifiers (PAs) are essential components in modern wireless communication systems. Compared to single band PAs, dual-band PAs enable efficient utilization of spectrum resources with lower capital and operational expenses.

Memory effects in nuclear fragmentation? [PDF]

open access: yesNuclear Physics A, 1994
Abstract A general procedure to identify instability regions which lead to multifragmentation events is presented. The dominant mode at the instability point is determined from the knowledge of the mean properties (density and temperature) of the system at that point.

Algorithmic quantum simulation of memory effects [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
We propose a method for the algorithmic quantum simulation of memory effects described by integrodifferential evolution equations. It consists in the systematic use of perturbation theory techniques and a Markovian quantum simulator.

Linking neurogenesis, oligodendrogenesis, and myelination defects to neurodevelopmental disruption in primary mitochondrial disorders

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Mitochondrial remodeling shapes neural and glial lineage progression by matching metabolic supply with demand. Elevated OXPHOS supports differentiation and myelin formation, while myelin compaction lowers mitochondrial dependence, revealing mitochondria as key drivers of developmental energy adaptation.

Stochastic Compartment Model with Mortality and Its Application to Epidemic Spreading in Complex Networks

open access: yesEntropy
We study epidemic spreading in complex networks by a multiple random walker approach. Each walker performs an independent simple Markovian random walk on a complex undirected (ergodic) random graph where we focus on the Barabási–Albert (BA), Erdös–Rényi (

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Effects of Audiovisual Memory Cues on Working Memory Recall

open access: yesVision, 2021
Previous studies have focused on topics such as multimodal integration and object discrimination, but there is limited research on the effect of multimodal learning in memory.

Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Significant May-to-June persistence of precipitation in the western Tibetan Plateau: memory effect of local soil moisture

open access: yesEnvironmental Research Communications
The Western Tibetan Plateau (WTP) is a semi-arid area, yet its precipitation forms a critical component of the Asian Water Tower’s hydrological cycle. This study has revealed that precipitation anomalies in WTP exhibit a significant persistence from May ...

More Lies Lead to More Memory Impairments in Daily Life

open access: yesFrontiers in Psychology, 2022
Previous studies have demonstrated that lying can undermine memory and that its memory-undermining effects could be modulated by the cognitive resources required to tell lies.
