Memory Window Enhancement With Germanium-Incorporated Charge Trap Layer in Flash Memory Device
We demonstrate a charge-trap flash (CTF) device with a germanium-incorporated silicon nitride (Ge:SiN) charge-trap layer (CTL). Compared to a conventional SiN CTL, the 6 nm-thick Ge:SiN CTL exhibits increased trap density and deeper trap levels.

Sleep as a window to target traumatic memories
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a severe psychiatric disorder in which traumatic memories result in flashbacks and nightmares. With one-third of patients not responding to standard exposure-based psychotherapy, new treatment strategies are needed. Sleep offers a unique time window to enhance therapeutic efficacy.

Targeted therapy was evaluated in SHH medulloblastoma using neuroepithelial stem cell (NES) and tumor‐derived NES‐like (tNES) models in 2D monolayers and 3D spheroids. PI3K, AKT, and CDK4/6 inhibitors had minimal effects in NES but markedly reduced viability and growth and induced apoptosis in tNES cells, revealing distinct therapeutic vulnerabilities.

Variability Analysis of Ferroelectric FinFETs for Embedded Non-Volatile Memory Applications
In this study, we conduct a comparative analysis of the process variation induced variability – specifically the random ferroelectric/dielectric phase variation, the metal work function variation, and the line edge roughness – in various ...

Effect of Charge Retention of Non-Volatile Memory TFTs Under Multiple Read Cycles
A hydrogenated amorphous silicon thin-film transistor with an engineered charge-trapping interface between the gate dielectric and the channel layer is fabricated to realize non-volatile memory. The memory devices possessed a large memory window and good

Random number generation and working memory. [PDF]
We demonstrate the close relationship that exists between random sequence generation and working memory functioning. We clarify the nature of this link by examining the impact of concurrent requirements for random sequence response quality.

Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

Plasma-Enhanced Atomic Layer Deposition-Based Ferroelectric Field-Effect Transistors
The use of the plasma-enhanced atomic layer deposition (ALD) technique for the deposition of HfO2-based ferroelectrics has received attention in recent years primarily due to wake-up free operation.

Oncogenic DMTF1β promotes cancer cell motility by regulating autophagy through ULK1 stabilization
In the current study, we demonstrate that the oncogene DMTF1β regulates ULK1 stability by reducing its proteasomal degradation in cancer cells. This stabilization enables ULK1 to induce autophagy, which in turn facilitates cancer cell migration. Consequently, reduced DMTF1β levels lead to decreased autophagy and impaired cancer cell migration.
