El linfoma primario de mama es una presentación rara del linfoma no Hodgkin. Se trata de una paciente de 20 años de edad con 36 semanas de gestación que presenta dolor lumbar y parestesia en miembros inferiores. Incidentalmente se detectan nódulos mamarios bilaterales BI-RADS (Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System) 4A.
