Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

Rotation Invariant Non-Local Means for Noise Reduction in Magnetic Resonance Images
Averaging of multiple scans is often used in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to increase the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). However, image averaging often results in movement-induced blurs of the edges and tissue details. A matched and weighted averaging (

Accelerated method of finding for the minimum of arbitrary Lipschitz convex function
The goal of the paper is development of an optimization method with the superlinear convergence rate for an arbitrary convex function. For optimization an approximation is used that is similar to the Steklov integral averaging.

Direct integrals and spectral averaging [PDF]
A one parameter family of selfadjoint operators gives rise to a corresponding direct integral. We show how to use the Putnam Kato theorem to obtain a new method for the proof of a spectral averaging ...

Bayesian Synthesis: Combining subjective analyses, with an application to ozone data
Bayesian model averaging enables one to combine the disparate predictions of a number of models in a coherent fashion, leading to superior predictive performance. The improvement in performance arises from averaging models that make different predictions.

LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro
Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.

Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.

A Derivation of the Nonlocal Volume-Averaged Equations for Two-Phase Flow Transport
In this paper a detailed derivation of the general transport equations for two-phase systems using a method based on nonlocal volume averaging is presented.

Asymptotical estimation of oscillatory integral
The oscillatory integral is important for averaging of weakly nonlinear differential systems. Uniformly valid for parameters estimation of the integral can be use for substantiation of averaging method for wave interaction modelling.
