J ArrhythmA young woman undergoing ablation for presumed idiopathic RVOT PVC developed torsades de pointes and was diagnosed with concealed LQT1. Subtle rate‐dependent repolarization abnormalities on pre‐ablation ECG may signal LQT1; careful ECG scrutiny is essential before intervention, as not all PVCs from the RVOT are benign.
