DIMENSI METRIK PADA GRAF Rn(q; r)m
The metric dimension of a connected graph G is the cardinality of minimum resolving set in graph G. In this research, how to find the metric dimension of Rn(q; r)m graph. Rn(q; r)m graph is constructing by subdivision operation on Lobster graph Ln(q; r).

An unexpected alternative interaction site for ethyl viologen was identified in formate dehydrogenase 1 from Methylorubrum extorquens. Combined mutagenesis, kinetic analysis, and docking revealed that aromatic residues near an iron–sulfur cluster enable flavin mononucleotide‐independent electron transfer, offering a framework for engineering improved ...

Metric dimension and pattern avoidance in graphs
We prove that the maximum possible number of edges in a graph of diameter $D$ and edge metric dimension $k$ is at most $(\lfloor \frac{2D}{3}\rfloor +1)^{k}+k \sum_{i = 1}^{\lceil \frac{D}{3}\rceil } (2i-1)^{k-1}$, sharpening the bound of $\binom{k}{2}+k

A commutative noncommutative fractal geometry
In this thesis examples of spectral triples, which represent fractal sets, are examined and new insights into their noncommutative geometries are obtained.

Electron transfer between complexes III and IV in S. cerevisiae mitochondrial membranes
Mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation in S. cerevisiae mitoplasts is limited by complex IV catalytic capacity, rather than two‐dimensional cytochrome c diffusion. At physiological cytochrome c : supercomplex ratios at salinity equivalent to that of 20 mm monovalent salt, activity is maximized, indicating that this low ionic strength accurately mimics

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

Subtype‐specific enhancer RNAs define transcriptional regulators and prognosis in breast cancers
This study employed machine learning methodologies to perform the subtype‐specific classification of RNA‐seq data sets, which are mapped on enhancers from TCGA‐derived breast cancer patients. Their integration with gene expression (referred to as ProxCReAM eRNAs) and chromatin accessibility profiles has the potential to identify lineage‐specific and ...

A valent-based metric framework for analyzing intuitionistic fuzzy graphs in uncertain environments
This paper introduces a new notion of distance in intuitionistic fuzzy graphs, termed the Valent distance, which incorporates the degrees (valences) of both vertices and edges.
