ExprTarget: An Integrative Approach to Predicting Human MicroRNA Targets [PDF]
We developed an online database, ExprTargetDB, of human miRNA targets predicted by an approach that integrates gene expression profiling into a broader framework involving important features of miRNA target site predictions.

Exosome‐based nanoparticles (GC‐Exo‐CD16Ab) are designed to deliver glucocorticoids (GC) specifically to decidual CD16+ NK cells and macrophages. This targeted delivery effectively suppresses the cytotoxicity of decidual NK cells, inhibits M1 macrophage polarization, and modulates the decidual microenvironment.

Communities of dense weighted networks: MicroRNA co-target network as an example [PDF]
Complex networks are intrinsically modular. Resolving small modules is particularly difficult when the network is densely connected; wide variation of link weights invites additional complexities. In this article we present an algorithm to detect community structure in densely connected weighted networks.

Rapid Generation of MicroRNA Sponges for MicroRNA Inhibition
MicroRNA (miRNA) sponges are transcripts with repeated miRNA antisense sequences that can sequester miRNAs from endogenous targets. MiRNA sponges are valuable tools for miRNA loss-of-function studies both in vitro and in vivo. We developed a fast and flexible method to generate miRNA sponges and tested their efficiency in various assays. Using a single

The therapeutic potential of ApoVs derived from stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth (SHED‐ApoVs) in the treatment of CD8+ T cell‐mediated hypersensitivity reactions is noteworthy. SHED‐ApoVs are capable of fusing with the plasma membrane of CD8+ T cells, which subsequently triggers a series of events characterized by calcium overload ...
