Listerin Alleviates Alzheimer's Disease through IRE1‐mediated Decay of TLR4 mRNA
Alzheimer's disease (AD) progression is influenced by microglia‐mediated neuroinflammation. Here, it is demonstrated that Listerin suppresses neuroinflammatory signaling and cognitive impairment in AD models by triggering IRE1α‐mediated TLR4 mRNA decay. Adenoviral Listerin delivery reduces amyloid‐β pathology, positioning it as a new therapeutic target.

Tumor‐Associated Glycan Exploits Adenosine Receptor 2A Signaling to Facilitate Immune Evasion
This study identifies Globo H ceramide (GHCer) as a novel immune checkpoint molecule that suppresses the activation of conventional T lymphocytes while promoting the differentiation and function of regulatory T cells. The immunosuppressive effects of GHCer are mediated through the activation of the A2AR/cAMP/PKA pathway, which involves its interactions

Post‐Translational Modifications in Cilia and Ciliopathies
This review synthesizes current understanding of post‐translational modifications (PTMs) in ciliary proteins and emphasizes their roles in ciliary formation, homeostasis, and signaling. This review also discusses the implication of PTM dysregulation in ciliopathies and explores therapeutic strategies targeting PTM‐modifying enzymes.

This study revealed that oncogene Collaborator of ARF (CARF) is closely related to B‐cell lymphoma tumorigenesis, and shares a conserved mechanism regulating protein stability with Arabidopsis Kip‐Related Protein6 (KRP6) through casein kinase 1‐mediated phosphorylation. Reduced phosphorylation led to the enhanced protein stability of CARF, resulting in

Microtubule associated protein 9 inhibits liver tumorigenesis by suppressing ERCC3
Background: Chromosomal instability plays an important part in cancer, but its genetic basis in liver tumorigenesis remains largely unclear. We aimed to characterize the mechanistic significance and clinical implication of mitotic regulator microtubule ...

Patronin-mediated minus end growth is required for dendritic microtubule polarity. [PDF]
Microtubule minus ends are thought to be stable in cells. Surprisingly, in Drosophila and zebrafish neurons, we observed persistent minus end growth, with runs lasting over 10 min.
