Microtubule Organization and Microtubule-Associated Proteins (MAPs)
Dendrites have a unique microtubule organization. In vertebrates, dendriticmicrotubules are organized in antiparallel bundles, oriented with their plusends either pointing away or toward the soma. The mixed microtubule arrayscontrol intracellular trafficking and local signaling pathways, and are essential fordendrite development and function.

Dynein‐Dependent Endo‐Lysosomal Degradation Drives Lewy Body Disorders Accompanied by Aβ Pathology
This study investigates the impact of Aβ plaques on α‐synuclein (αSyn) pathologies in dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB). Co‐culturing primary neurons with AD mouse brain slices reveals impaired dynein‐dependent organelle trafficking, affecting αSyn degradation. Activating Rab7 restores this process, reducing αSyn inclusions.

Listerin Alleviates Alzheimer's Disease through IRE1‐mediated Decay of TLR4 mRNA
Alzheimer's disease (AD) progression is influenced by microglia‐mediated neuroinflammation. Here, it is demonstrated that Listerin suppresses neuroinflammatory signaling and cognitive impairment in AD models by triggering IRE1α‐mediated TLR4 mRNA decay. Adenoviral Listerin delivery reduces amyloid‐β pathology, positioning it as a new therapeutic target.

Post‐Translational Modifications in Cilia and Ciliopathies
This review synthesizes current understanding of post‐translational modifications (PTMs) in ciliary proteins and emphasizes their roles in ciliary formation, homeostasis, and signaling. This review also discusses the implication of PTM dysregulation in ciliopathies and explores therapeutic strategies targeting PTM‐modifying enzymes.
