Allosteric Inhibition of Polycomb Repressive Complex 2 by an EZH2‐Selective Small Molecule Inhibitor

The study characterizes C36, a highly selective EZH2/PRC2 inhibitor that acts via a novel allosteric mechanism. Unlike previous inhibitors, C36 inhibits EZH2/PRC2 by disrupting the allosteric communication between EZH2 and EED in a SAM‐noncompetitive manner.

The use of microwave irradiation for immunohistochemistry

We developed a rapid immunohistochernical method using a microwave oven in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections from normal and pathological tissues. The strongest immunoreactivity was obtained for actin, Ca 125, CEA, pan-cytokeratin, chromogranin A, EMA, GFAP, thyroglobulin, kappa and lambda chains.

Electrolyte Design for Simultaneous Interfacial Stabilization in Si||NCM811 Full Cells

A dual‐additive electrolyte (DAEL) system was optimized to regulate interfacial reactions in both Si anode and the NCM811 cathode. DAEL suppresses gas evolution and degradation, enabling stable interphases. These synergistic effects enhance electrochemical stability and extend battery cycle life in high‐energy lithium‐ion cells.
