Integrated Clinical Trial and Molecular Profiling Reveals Immune Drivers of Chronic Hand Eczema

This study performed an unbiased molecular profiling of CHE patients across diverse etiologies to identify shared pathogenic drivers and evaluate the impact of IL‐4Rα blockade via dupilumab over 16 weeks. Migraine in Young Stroke Patients—Better Outcomes Despite Distinct Risk Profiles: Insights From the STROKE‐CARD‐Study

Among young adults with ischaemic stroke, migraine—particularly with aura—was associated with younger stroke onset and a higher prevalence of PFO. Vascular risk profiles and stroke characteristics were similar across groups. Migraine patients showed more favourable short‐term outcomes.
