Alternative results and robustness for fractional evolution equations with periodic boundary conditions

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Qualitative Theory of Differential Equations, 2011
In this paper, we study periodic boundary value problems for a class of linear fractional evolution equations involving the Caputo fractional derivative.

Dirichlet forms and semilinear elliptic equations with measure data

open access: yes, 2013
We propose a probabilistic definition of solutions of semilinear elliptic equations with (possibly nonlocal) operators associated with regular Dirichlet forms and with measure data.

Personalized Selumetinib Dosing in Pediatric Neurofibromatosis Type 1: Insights From a Pilot Therapeutic Drug Monitoring Study

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective To evaluate selumetinib exposure using therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) in pediatric patients with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) and plexiform neurofibromas (PN), assess interpatient pharmacokinetic variability, and explore the relationship between drug exposure, clinical response, and adverse effects.

Impulsive evolution inclusions with state-dependent delay and multivalued jumps

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Qualitative Theory of Differential Equations, 2013
In this paper we prove the existence of a mild solution for a class of impulsive semilinear evolution differential inclusions with state-dependent delay and multivalued jumps in a Banach space.

Exterior Navier-Stokes flows for bounded data

open access: yes, 2016
We prove unique existence of mild solutions on $L^{\infty}_{\sigma}$ for the Navier-Stokes equations in an exterior domain in $ \mathbb{R}^{n}$, $n\geq 2$, subject to the non-slip boundary condition.Comment: 17 pages, final ...

Sirolimus for Extracranial Arteriovenous Malformations: A Scoping Review of the Evidence in Syndromic and Non‐Syndromic Cases

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) are rare, high‐flow, vascular anomalies that can occur either sporadically or as part of a genetic syndrome. AVMs can progress with serious morbidity and even mortality if left unchecked. Sirolimus is an mTOR inhibitor that is effective in low‐flow vascular malformations; however, its role in AVMs is unclear.

Mild solutions for abstract fractional differential equations

open access: yesApplicable Analysis, 2013
We propose a unified functional analytic approach to derive a variation of constants formula for a wide class of fractional differential equations using results on (a, k)-regularized families of bounded and linear operators, which covers as particular cases the theories of C 0-semigroups and cosine families.

Intravitreal GD2‐Specific Chimeric Antigen Receptor T‐Cell Therapy for Refractory Retinoblastoma

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Effective treatments for advanced, treatment‐resistant retinoblastoma (RB) remain limited. GD2‐specific chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells show potent antitumor activity with minimal toxicity but have not previously been evaluated in RB.

Complex-valued Burgers and KdV-Burgers equations

open access: yes, 2009
Spatially periodic complex-valued solutions of the Burgers and KdV-Burgers equations are studied in this paper. It is shown that for any sufficiently large time T, there exists an explicit initial data such that its corresponding solution of the Burgers ...

Outcomes of Live Virus Vaccination in Patients With Vascular Anomalies Being Treated With Sirolimus

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Live vaccination in patients with vascular anomalies (VA) receiving sirolimus remains controversial due to immunosuppressive effects and theoretical risks. Procedure This single‐center retrospective study included patients with VA less than 4 years old at the start of sirolimus therapy who were incompletely vaccinated.
