Gal3‐CaN‐Smurf1 Complex Sequestrates FLCN‐FNIPs to Facilitate TFEB Activation in Response to Endomembrane Damage

The schematic diagram illustrates the role of the recruitment of Gal3‐CaN‐Smurf1 complex in maintaining lysosomal membrane homeostasis upon damage. On the one hand, the Gal3‐CaN‐Smurf1 complex sequesters FLCN‐FNIPs to block the activation of RagC, where the active form RagC‐GDP is responsible for TFEB phosphorylation.
