Milk-Gelling Properties of Proteases Extracted from the Fruits of Solanum Elaeagnifolium Cavanilles
There is little information on the milk coagulation process by plant proteases combined with chymosins. This work is aimed at studying the capability of protease enclosed in the ripe fruits of Solanum elaeagnifolium (commonly named trompillo) to form ...

This study introduces a biomimetic “nanofusion” platform that integrates the biostability of threose nucleic acids (TNA) with homotypic cell‐membrane cloaking to combat drug‐resistant TNBC. By leveraging a non‐canonical membrane‐fusion pathway for direct cytosolic delivery, the platform bypasses endosomal sequestration. To achieve potent AKT2 silencing

Identification of milk clotting activity from different sources of plant’s proteolytic enzymes / Siti Nursyafiqah Mohammad Zilan [PDF]
Traditional bovine rennet used for cheese processing was high cost and limited in resource. A study was done to find replacement of the curdling activity of milk using different sources of plant’s proteolytic enzymes which are bromelain enzyme from the ...

Therapeutic role and mechanism of human urine stem cells (hUSCs) in pulmonary fibrosis. hUSCs alleviated pulmonary fibrosis by selectively inhibiting macrophage‐myofibroblast transition (MMT) in two ways: on one hand, hUSCs inhibited mitochondrial reactive oxygen species (mtROS) production and apoptosis/senescence of epithelial cells in pulmonary ...

A bismuth–copper diselenide–based nanoplatform (BSCS@PHY) coordinates immunogenic cell death with local A2A receptor blockade in 4T1 tumors. Thermally triggered shell melting exposes catalytic surfaces for glutathione depletion and chemodynamic ROS generation, while co‐delivering an A2AR antagonist and yeast‐wall adjuvant to enhance dendritic‐cell ...

Slc44a2 Deficiency Unveils an IFN‐I–Dependent Feedback Control of pDC Egress
Working model of SLC44A2‐mediated maintenance of pDC homeostasis. This model illustrates two central mechanisms by which SLC44A2 regulates pDC homeostasis: (1) SLC44A2 limits IFN‐I production by exporting amino acids (T, N, Q), thereby preventing spontaneous pDC activation.

A novel exercise‐inducible myokine acidic ribosomal protein P2 (RPLP2), initially identified from human trials, is presented here, whose circulating levels negatively correlate with clinical anxiety severity. Muscle‐derived RPLP2 enhances hippocampal ribosomal assembly and adult neurogenesis to rescue stress‐induced anxiety deficits.

Evaluation of Milk Clotting and Proteolytic Activity of Moringa oleifera L. [PDF]
Extracts from fruits and plants were used as milk coagulants in many areas of the world. The aim of the present study was to investigate the milk clotting and proteolytic enzyme activity of Moringa oleifera L.
