SP3 and DEP1 Orchestrate Panicle Architecture by Jointly Regulating APO2 Expression in Rice
The transcription factor SP3 enhances inflorescence meristem activity and interacts with the cysteine‐rich domain of DEP1. This interaction alters DEP1's subcellular localization between the plasma membrane and nucleus, and suppresses SP3‐mediated transcriptional activation of APO2.

Physiological flow (0.5 Pa) conditioning promotes resilience of an iPSC‐derived blood–brain barrier endothelium to mild systemic inflammation.
