Mechanism of Nobiletin in Ameliorating High-Salt-Diet-Induced Cognitive Impairment via the miR-132-3p-Mediated Gut-Brain Axis.

Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry
This study investigated whether nobiletin (NOB) alleviates high-salt diet (HSD)-induced cognitive impairment via the microRNA miR-132-3p and gut microbiota.

Long Non-Coding RNA LPP-AS2 Plays an Anti-Tumor Role in Thyroid Carcinoma by Regulating the miR-132-3p/OLFM1 Axis.

Critical Reviews in Eukaryotic Gene Expression, 2023
The cancer-promoting function of the long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) LPP-AS2 has been documented in different cancers. Nonetheless, its role in thyroid carcinoma (THCA) remains unestablished.

Dihydroquercetin attenuates lipopolysaccharide-induced acute lung injury through modulating FOXO3-mediated NF-κB signaling via miR-132–3p

Pulmonary Pharmacology & Therapeutics, 2020
Dihydroquercetin (DHQ) is a potent flavonoid which has been demonstrated to have multiple biological activities including anti-inflammation activity, antioxidant activity as well as anti-cancer activity etc. Recently, many studies have focused on the antioxidant activity of DHQ.

Brown adipocyte-derived exosomal miR-132-3p suppress hepatic Srebf1 expression and thereby attenuate expression of lipogenic genes

Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications, 2020
Recent evidence has revealed a novel signaling mechanism through which brown adipose tissue (BAT)-derived exosomal microRNAs (miRNAs) influence hepatic gene expression. Here, we uncover neuronal control of these miRNAs and identify exosomal miR-132-3p as a regulator of hepatic lipogenesis under cold stress conditions.

Bupivacaine-Induced Neurotoxicity Is Modulated by Epigenetic Axis of Long Noncoding RNA SNHG16 and Hsa-miR-132-3p

Neurotoxicity Research, 2020
Clinical application of local anesthetic reagent, liposomal bupivacaine (BUP), may cause irreversible damage to human nerve system. In this study, we explored the functional role of long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) small nucleolar RNA host gene 16 (SNHG16) in BUP-induced neurotoxicity in SH-SY5Y cells.
