Global stability for an MIT rule based adaptive control

Proceedings of the 28th IEEE Conference on Decision and Control, 2003
It is shown that a linear time-invariant system can be adaptively stabilized in the presence of unmodeled dynamics and bounded disturbances, using the MIT rule for adaptive control. The result implies that it is not necessary to use an identification-based approach to adaptive control in order to construct robust adaptive control algorithms.

Quantitative Investigation of QRS Detection Rules Using the MIT/BIH Arrhythmia Database

IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Engineering, 1986
We have investigated the quantitative effects of a number of common elements of QRS detection rules using the MIT/BIH arrhythmia database. A previously developed linear and nonlinear filtering scheme was used to provide input to the QRS detector decision section. We used the filtering to preprocess the database.

Triple-Rule-Out: Erfahrungen mit High-Pitch Spiral-CT

Model Reference Adaptive Controller designs of steam turbine speed based on MIT Rule

2015 International Conference on Control Communication & Computing India (ICCC), 2015
A Steam turbine is a device which extracts thermal energy from pressurized steam and uses it to do mechanical work on a rotating output shaft. The control of a turbine with a governor is essential, as turbines need to prevent damage and some applications like generation of alternating current electricity require precise speed control.

Adaptive control for motion synchronization of HA/EHA system by using modified MIT rule

2016 IEEE 11th Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA), 2016
This paper presents a model reference adaptive control for dissimilar dual redundant actuation system that is a combination of hydraulic and electro-hydrostatic actuator. A modified form of MIT rule, called the normalized MIT rule, has been given to find the controller parameters.

7 Rules of Attraction – Mit kundenorientierten Diensten erfolgreich in der Digitalen Transformation

2018
Alles bleibt anders.

Introducing MIT Rule Toward Improvement of Adaptive Mechanical Prosthetic Arm Control Model

2017
The article represents MRAC strategies for controlling a mechanical prosthetic arm utilizing gradient method MIT rule. Depending on the uncertainty parameters like mass of the mechanical arm, friction constant and spring constant, an adaptive controller is designed and outlined.

Robust Model Reference Adaptive Control with Normalized MIT Rule for Second-Order Systems

International Journal of Future Engineering Innovations
This study investigates the performance and stability of Model Reference Adaptive Control (MRAC) systems employing a normalized MIT rule for second-order uncertain plants. The research aims to address the parameter drift and numerical instability issues commonly encountered in traditional MIT rule implementations.
