NK Cell Activation by Platinum Boosts Immunotherapy in HR+/HER2− Breast Cancer
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Multi‐omics and single‐cell analyses identify activated NK cells as key mediators of anti‐PD‐(L)1 response in HR+/HER2− breast cancer. Platinum chemotherapy enhances NK cell cytotoxicity through NF‐κB–associated signaling, synergizing with immunotherapy and providing a rationale for combination treatment.

Systematically Engineering for Efficient Production of 3‐Methyl‐1‐Butanol in Escherichia coli
Advanced Science, EarlyView.An integrated metabolic engineering strategy was established for high‐level 3‐methyl‐1‐butanol biosynthesis in Escherichia coli. Molecular dynamics‐guided semi‐rational engineering of dihydroxyacid dehydratase uncovered and relieved key catalytic bottlenecks, while adaptive laboratory evolution enhanced strain robustness.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study shows TGM2 is upregulated in AP, impairing macrophage efferocytosis by inhibiting the STAT6–GAS6 axis. The lactoferrin‐modified, ROS‐responsive LF‐LNP@si‐TGM2 targets pancreatic macrophages, silences TGM2, restores the axis, and alleviates AP.

Engineered CAR‐NKT Extracellular Vesicles Suppress Tumor Progression and Enhance Antitumor Immunity
Advanced Science, EarlyView.TM4SF1‐nanobody engineered CAR‐natural killer T–derived extracellular vesicles (CARTM4SF1‐EVs) provide a cell‐free alternative to CAR‐NKT therapy, achieving potent, targeted antitumor activity with reduced toxicity. CARTM4SF1‐EVs induce immunogenic cell death, remodel the tumor microenvironment, and enhance CD8⁺ T‐cell antitumor immunity.
