Our findings establish SUMOylation as a key post‐translational control layer in auxin signaling. We show that SIZ1‐mediated SUMOylation of LBD29 promotes its association with ARF7, stabilizing a transcriptional hub that governs lateral root development.

G‐Quadruplexes: Structural Diversity and Emerging Roles in Biomolecular Condensation
G‐quadruplexes (G4s) fold into diverse intra‐ and intermolecular structures, positioning them as emerging regulators of biomolecular condensation. Mechanistically, G4s autonomously form condensates, act as structural platforms to initiate and stimulate condensation, or induce phase transitions.

Activation of the p38 Mitogen-activated Protein Kinase by Type I Interferons*
The p38 mitogen-activated protein (Map) kinase plays a critical role in the generation of signals in response to stress stimuli, but its role in interferon (IFN) signaling and its potential regulatory role in the activation of Jak-signal transducer and ...

A rigid‑flexible integrated CO depot is engineered by embedding rigid COFQDs into a flexible ECM gel network. The rigid framework enables high‑capacity CO storage and sonodynamic bacterial killing, while the flexible ECM gel controls sustained CO release, collectively eradicating multidrug‑resistant infection and promoting scarless healing.

Adaptive Responses of Tropical Crops: A Multi‐Scale Omics Integrated Perspective
Tropical crops integrate genomic, morphological, physiological, and ecological adaptations to thrive under extreme and variable environments. This review highlights how natural selection, domestication, and breeding shape stress resilience, resource‐use strategies, and productivity in sugarcane, banana, cassava, rubber and oil palm, offering new routes

p38 Mitogen-activated Protein Kinase Mediates Hypoxic Regulation of Mdm2 and p53 in Neurons*
The multifunctional tumor suppressor protein, p53, inhibits cell growth and promotes differentiation and programmed cell death. p53 activity is controlled by transcriptional, translational, and post-translational regulation.
