Through bioinformatic analyses, iCCA cell models, and in vivo xenograft experiments, we show that autophagy inhibition sensitizes iCCA to MEK1/2 blockade by enhancing STING‐dependent type I interferon signaling. In hyperuricemia, uric acid inhibits CCDC90B ubiquitination degradation by binding to it. Excessive CCDC90B induces mitochondrial calcium overload, leading to mitochondrial quality control imbalance and ultimately resulting in SLC senescence and decreased testosterone levels.

DPSC‐IVs suppressed PI3K/AKT/mTOR signalling pathway by delivering PTEN to tumour cells, which reduced the expression of Bcl‐2 and elevated that of Bax. Meanwhile, DPSC‐IVs activated PINK1/Parkin mediated mitophagy, which further raised ROS levels.
