In Vitro Genotoxic Effects of Four Helichrysum Species in Human Lymphocytes Cultures
Helichrysum sanguineum, Helichrysum pamphylicum, Helichrysum orientale, Helichrysum noeanum (Asteraceae) are medicinal plants. For centuries, they have been used as tea in Turkey because of their medicinal properties.

Protocol to Determine Mitotic Index by FACS
[Abstract] Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorting (FACS) is a sensitive method to count mitotic cells. Cells are stained with an antibody that recognizes an antigen present only in mitotic cells, combined with propidium iodide (PI) to stain DNA. Two-dimensional FACS scanning allows the differential quantitation of G2 and mitotic cells.

Super‐multiplexed Label‐free Raman Imaging (SLRI) enables 2D/3D metabolic mapping of intact Drosophila testes. Moving beyond descriptive morphology, it establishes a multidimensional tool for tissue metabolic remodeling, and offers a generalizable platform for complex tissue analysis, with implications extending to development and disease. ABSTRACT The

Computational simulations of tumor evolution are increasingly used to infer the rules underlying cancer growth, with the goal of one day recommending tailored treatments. Here we show that the properties of lung cancer sequencing data are best replicated by a model which assumes that cells compete both to proliferate and survive. ABSTRACT Computational

Schematic representation of ultrasound‐mediated ICG/siCD24@MSN‐LCD from nanostructure to synergistic sono‐gene therapy. This nanoplatform targets ASGPR via the LCD shell, which dissociates to release loaded ICG and siCD24. The core mechanism involves ultrasound‐guided sonodynamic therapy by ICG and CD24 knockdown by siCD24, both activating the p53 axis

ABSTRACT Background Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) commonly metastasize to the liver and peritoneum. Metastases may be detected synchronously at the time of initial diagnosis or develop metachronously after curative‐intent resection. Nonetheless, the prognostic significance of metastasis timing in advanced GIST remains unclear.

Mitotic index in nodular cutaneous melanoma
The probability of progression to a more advanced clinical stage of the disease in nodular melanoma can be assesed by two independent variables - tumor thickness in mm and the mitotic index.

Predictive models successfully screen nanoparticles for toxicity and cellular uptake. Yet, complex biological dynamics and sparse, nonstandardized data limit their accuracy. The field urgently needs integrated artificial intelligence/machine learning, systems biology, and open‐access data protocols to bridge the gap between materials science and safe ...
