Complete temporal mode characterization of non-Gaussian states by dual homodyne measurement
Optical quantum states defined in temporal modes, especially non-Gaussian states like photon-number states, play an important role in quantum computing schemes.

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Tracking shocked dust: state estimation for a complex plasma during a shock wave
We consider a two-dimensional complex (dusty) plasma crystal excited by an electrostatically-induced shock wave. Dust particle kinematics in such a system are usually determined using particle tracking velocimetry.

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

0.5 V BD-MIMO DDTA-Based Universal Multimode Biquad Filter
A novel low-voltage universal mixed-mode filter that makes use of a multiple input/output differential difference transconductance amplifier (MIMO-DDTA) is presented in this study.

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

This paper presents a compact mixed-mode first-order universal filter based on a single voltage differencing current conveyor (VDCC), which can function in all four possible operation modes, i.e., voltage mode (VM), trans-admittance mode (TAM), current ...

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

A Digital Image Denoising Algorithm Based on Gaussian Filtering and Bilateral Filtering
Bilateral filtering has been applied in the area of digital image processing widely, but in the high gradient region of the image, bilateral filtering may generate staircase effect. Bilateral filtering can be regarded as one particular form of local mode

Nonequilibrium valley polarization in graphene nanoconstrictions
We recently shown, using tight-binding calculations, that nonequilibrium valley polarization can be realized in graphene, when the current is injected through "valley filter": a ballistic point contact with zigzag edges.
