Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Mixed-mode delamination in layered isotropic and laminated composite beam structures [PDF]
Completely analytical theories are presented for calculating the total energy release rate (ERR) in a mixed-mode delamination in layered isotropic and laminated composite straight beam structures and for partitioning it into opening mode I and shearing ...

Targeted therapy was evaluated in SHH medulloblastoma using neuroepithelial stem cell (NES) and tumor‐derived NES‐like (tNES) models in 2D monolayers and 3D spheroids. PI3K, AKT, and CDK4/6 inhibitors had minimal effects in NES but markedly reduced viability and growth and induced apoptosis in tNES cells, revealing distinct therapeutic vulnerabilities.

Mode and Context Effects in Measuring Household Assets [PDF]
Differences in answers in Internet and traditional surveys can be due to selection, mode, or context effects. We exploit unique experimental data to analyze mode and context effects controlling for arbitrary selection.

Investigation of crack growth behaviour under mixed mode loading [PDF]
The crack growth resistance of different metals under mixed mode (I+II) and biaxial loading was investigated. Fracture pattern depends on the load ratio under different modes and their level.

Mixed-mode partition theories for one-dimensional delamination in laminated composite beams
Completely analytical theories are presented for the mixed-mode partitioning of one-dimensional delamination in laminated composite beams. The work builds on previous research by the authors on one-dimensional fractures in layered isotropic beams.

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...
