View from the bridge: a pseudo-Jahn-Teller approach to transition metal hydrosilane complexes [PDF]
The model complex [Cp(CO)(2)Mn(SiH4)] has been studied by time-dependent DFT methods: hence, it is shown to be unstable with respect to a pseudo-Jahn-Teller distortion which brings an equatorial Si-H moiety into contact with the Mn centre.

Chiral Lagrangians for spin- and spin- doubly charmed baryons
The relativistic chiral Lagrangians for both spin-12 and spin-32 doubly charmed baryons are constructed up to the order O(p4). From O(p2) to O(p4), there are 19, 74, and 452 independent terms in the two-flavor case and 25, 112, and 864 independent terms in the three-flavor case. The chiral Lagrangians in the heavy diquark limit are also obtained.

The mycobacterial CIII‐CIV respiratory supercomplex is an obligate assembly, encompassing several subunits of unknown functions. We have characterized the intracellular subunit AscF, and show that it is unlikely to be a sensor for metals or nucleotides, but is required for growth on nonfermentable energy sources, and likely works as an adapter for ...

Ferromagnetism in (Ga,Mn)As and (Ga,Mn)N [PDF]
(Ga,Mn)As and (Ga,Mn)N are so called diluted magnetic semiconductors, i.e. semiconductor based materials made ferromagnetic by inclusion of a magnetic element—in this case Mn.

PET imaging of [ 52 Mn]Mn-DOTATATE and [ 52 Mn]Mn-DOTA-JR11
Abstract Manganese-52 is gaining interest as an isotope for PET imaging due to its desirable decay and chemical properties for radiopharmaceutical development. Somatostatin receptor 2 (SSTR2) is significantly overexpressed by neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) and is an important target for nuclear imaging and therapy.

An epithelial GPR35 isoform supports tumor‐associated transcriptional and metabolic phenotypes
GPR35 generates two functionally distinct isoforms with previously unresolved roles. GPR35‐short mediates immune‐cell chemotaxis, while GPR35‐long is enriched in colorectal cancer epithelium, where it supports increased metabolism, proliferation, and tumor‐associated transcriptional programs.

Mn-Cu and Mn-Co catalysts synthesized from hydrotalcites and their use in VOCs oxidation [PDF]

Mn-Catalyzed Electrochemical Chloroalkylation of Alkenes [PDF]
The heterodifunctionalization of alkenes is an efficient method for synthesizing highly functionalized organic molecules. In this report, we describe the use of anodically coupled electrolysis for the catalytic chloroalkylation of alkenesa reaction that

Evaluation of Route Optimization Method in Mobile IPv6 Networks
With Mobile IPv6 (MIPv6) protocol support, a host can move from its homenetwork or one network to another. Tunneling and delay due to rectangularrouting are one of the key factors of optimizing a route from CorrespondentNode (CN) to Mobile Node (MN ...
