Organisational Problems, Role Stress, and Job Satisfaction Among Emergency Department Workers: A Multicenter Mixed‐Effects Study

open access: yesJournal of Evaluation in Clinical Practice, Volume 32, Issue 5, August 2026.
ABSTRACT JECP Relevance Statement This paper addresses JECP aims in clinical services organisation and health system improvement by evaluating how organisational conditions (staffing, coordination, and management processes) and role clarity in emergency departments are associated with job satisfaction, a workforce outcome linked to service reliability.

Smiling warnings and silent complicity: An autoethnographic reflection on academic bullying and mobbing

open access: yesThe Canadian Journal of Chemical Engineering, Volume 104, Issue 7, Page 3364-3368, July 2026.

Du passer ikke inn her.

Embracing Complexity in HRM Research: A Call for System and Process Perspectives

open access: yesHuman Resource Management, Volume 65, Issue 4, Page 995-1013, July/August 2026.
ABSTRACT Human resource management (HRM) is inherently complex. It involves systems of principles, practices, and activities operating at individual, group, organizational, and macro levels, which are interlinked through complex processes. Yet, empirical research has not kept pace with this conceptual richness.

Rapid generation of prion disease models using AAV‐delivered PrP variants in knockout mice

open access: yesBrain Pathology, Volume 36, Issue 4, July 2026.
We developed a rapid AAV‐based system to generate prion disease models in weeks rather than months. Following systemic AAV9P31 delivery of modified PrP to knockout mice, we achieved brain‐wide expression and successful propagation of both classical (RML) and atypical (GSS‐A117V) prion strains.

The L108I polymorphism in mouse prion protein drives spontaneous disease and enhances transmission of atypical and classical prion strains

open access: yesBrain Pathology, Volume 36, Issue 4, July 2026.
A single amino acid change (L108I) combined with PrP overexpression drives spontaneous atypical prion formation in mice, enabling also efficient propagation of diverse prion strains. This model allows studying how spontaneous prion diseases arise and provides powerful tools for investigating strain emergence, transmission barriers, and mechanisms ...
