Integrin α8‐Mediated Pericyte Morphogenesis Controls Blood‐Brain Barrier Integrity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study highlights that ITGA8 impacts pericyte morphology and function, both crucial for BBB integrity, via RhoA/ROCK signaling, thus influencing TGF‐β1 activation through cytoskeletal tension and ECM interactions. Notably, in post‐ischemic recovery models, ITGA8 deficiency exacerbates vascular dysfunction by impairing pericyte‐mediated BBB ...

Scalable energy-efficient routing in mobile Ad hoc network [PDF]

open access: yes, 2006
The quick deployment without any existing infrastructure makes mobile ad hoc networks (MANET) a striking choice for dynamic situations such as military and rescue operations, disaster recovery, and so on and so forth.

Allosteric Modulation of Pathological Ataxin‐3 Aggregation: A Path to Spinocerebellar Ataxia Type‐3 Therapies

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study uncovers a new allosteric site in the Josephin domain of ataxin‐3 targeted by the molecular tweezer CLR01, which modulates protein aggregation, improves synaptic function in neuronal cells, and delays motor dysfunction in animal models.

Performance Evaluation of AODV, DSR, DYMO & ZRP in Cost 231 Walfisch-Ikegami Path Loss Propagation Model [PDF]

open access: yes
A Mobile Ad hoc NETwork is a kind of wireless ad-hoc network, and is a self configuring network of mobile routers connected by wireless links. Mobile Ad-Hoc Network (MANET) is a wireless network without infrastructure.

NNMT Orchestrates Metabolic‐Epigenetic Reprogramming to Drive Macrophage‐Myofibroblast Transition in Hypertrophic Scarring

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In macrophage‐myofibroblast transition, upregulated NNMT depletes S‐Adenosylmethionine‌ (SAM) and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD+), thereby triggering epigenetic reprogramming via Histone H3 Lysine 27 acetylation (H3K27ac) accumulation at the promoter region of master transcription factor Prrx1.

Energy-efficient and reliable routing protocol for dynamic-property-based clustering mobile ad hoc networks

open access: yesInternational Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks, 2017
Mobile ad hoc networks comprise mobile nodes. The nodes both send and receive messages and can communicate with each other. Thus, the network builds its own network structure that is not dependent on the infrastructure.

Analisis Perbandingan Performansi MIPv6 (Mobile Internet Protocol v6) dan HMIPv6 (Hierarchical Mobile Internet Protocol v6) pada VANET (Vehicular Ad-Hoc Network)

open access: yesJurnal Sistem Informasi, 2019

Development of personal area network (PAN) for mobile robot using bluetooth transceiver [PDF]

open access: yes, 2004
The work presents the concept of providing a Personal Area Network (PAN) for microcontroller based mobile robots using Bluetooth transceiver. With the concept of replacing cable, low cost, low power consumption and communication range between 10m to 100m,

Mobile Ad Hoc Networks: The DHT paradigm [PDF]

open access: yes2009 IEEE International Conference on Pervasive Computing and Communications, 2009
In this thesis, the adoption of the hierarchical routing paradigm to achieve a scalable network layer for ad hoc networks has been proposed. The main concept of hierarchical routing is to keep, at any node, complete routing information about nodes which are close to it and lesser information about nodes located further away.

Targeted Inhibition of CD74+ Macrophages by Luteolin via CEBPB/P65 Signaling Ameliorates Osteoarthritis Progression

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study identifies CD74⁺ macrophages as key drivers of synovial inflammation in osteoarthritis (OA). The flavonoid luteolin is predicted to inhibit this pathway by blocking Nuclear Factor Kappa‐light‐chain‐enhancer of Activated B cells (NF‐κB) signaling. To enhance delivery, a targeted nanoplatform (MDSPL) is developed.
