The role of miR‐335‐5p in the redifferentiation of BRAF p.V600E thyroid cancers
The BRAF p.V600E mutation promotes thyroid cancer dedifferentiation and radioiodine resistance. Using a network approach, we identified miR‐335‐5p as a key regulator of BRAF‐mutated thyroid tumors. Restoring miR‐335‐5p increased thyroid‐specific gene expression and iodine uptake in cells and organoids.

On Moderate Deviation Theory in Estimation
The performance of a sequence of estimators $\{T_n\}$ of $\theta$ can be measured by the probability concentration of the estimator in an $\varepsilon_n$-neighborhood of $\theta$. Classical choices of $\varepsilon_n$ are $\varepsilon_n = cn^{-1/2}$ (contiguous case) and $\varepsilon_n = \varepsilon$ fixed for all $n$ (non-local case).

In this explorative study, the abundance of circular RNA molecules in bone marrow stem cells was found to be elevated in patients with high‐risk myelodysplastic neoplasms, and to be associated with an increased risk of progression to acute myeloid leukemia.

Probabilities of Moderate Deviations in a Banach Space [PDF]
(1) P[ S,1Vn/ > tn ] 1 (D(tn) = of -tn) P[ Snl / 0. In this case, called "moderate deviations" by them, they proved that (1) holds without existence of a moment generating function; it suffices that E?XiK2+c+S 0. Also in this case they proved that EIXjIP < oo, Vp < 2 + c, is a necessary condition for (1).

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Moderate Deviations for the Determinant of Wigner Matrices [PDF]
We establish a moderate deviations principle (MDP) for the log-determinant $\log | \det (M_n) |$ of a Wigner matrix $M_n$ matching four moments with either the GUE or GOE ensemble. Further we establish Cramér--type moderate deviations and Berry-Esseen bounds for the log-determinant for the GUE and GOE ensembles as well as for non-symmetric and non ...

Definition of the border between the far and near field zone for printed antenna arrays with high side lobe suppression [PDF]
The paper defines the border between the far and near field zone of printed antenna arrays. The conventional definition has a limited application in side lobe suppression measurements, especially in the case of high side lobe suppression.

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...
