ERα splice variant ERα∆7 lacks the C‐terminus, and its expression may change phenotypes of breast cancers. Our results showed that ERα∆7 is found in the luminal A subtype, and elevated ERα∆7 levels are linked to improved cell survival with lower proliferation and migration.

The effect of modified UNBabc mapping function on the improvement of global positioning system tropospheric delay [PDF]
Global Positioning System (GPS) tropospheric delay refers to the refraction of the GPS signal as it passes through the neutral atmosphere from the satellite to the earth, which causes longer distance traveled by the signal. The issue of atmospheric delay

EXISTENCE AND UNIQUENESS OF THE P-GENERALIZED MODIFIED ERROR FUNCTION
In this article, we de ne a p-generalized modi ed error function as the solution to a non-linear ordinary di erential equation of second order, with a Robin type boundary condition at x = 0. We prove existence and uniqueness of a non-negative C1 solution by using a xed point argument.

Development of human monoclonal antibodies against TARM1 by yeast display
Human monoclonal antibodies against TARM1 are generated by yeast display‐guided selection. These antibodies bind to soluble and cell‐surface forms of TARM1. Also, these antibodies exhibit agonistic activity in the NFAT‐GFP reporter assay, indicating that TARM1 signaling can be functionally modulated by antibodies and suggesting TARM1 as a potential ...

This paper uses the extreme bounds analysis (EBA) of Leamer (1983 &1985) to analyze the robust determinants of the demand for money in a panel of 17 Asian countries for the period 1970 to 2009.

This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

Screening and epitope characterization of Nidogen‐2‐specific nanobodies
Camel immunization and phage display were employed to generate high‐affinity VHH nanobodies against Nidogen‐2. After library construction, biopanning, ELISA screening, sequencing, and recombinant expression, selected nanobodies were purified and characterized, leading to the preliminary exploration of a nanobody‐based sandwich ELISA for specific ...

Panel Data Estimates of the Demand for Money in the Pacific Island Countries [PDF]
The Pedroni (2000) panel cointegration method is used to estimate the cointegrating equations for the demand for narrow money for a panel of five Pacific Island Countries (Fiji, Samoa, Solomons, Vanuatu and Papua New Guinea) for the period 1975-2007. The

Cytosolically synthesized chloroplast preproteins are translocated across the outer and inner envelope membranes through translocons called TOC and TIC, respectively. In green algae and plants, the TIC core is composed of essential membrane proteins, Tic12, Tic20, and Tic214.
