Thermal correlation functions of KdV charges in 2D CFT

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2019
Two dimensional CFTs have an infinite set of commuting conserved charges, known as the quantum KdV charges, built out of the stress tensor. We compute the thermal correlation functions of the these KdV charges on a circle.

Patient therapy outcome modeling in cancer organoids is improved by cancer‐associated fibroblasts and organoid assembly convolution

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Patient‐derived organoids (PDOs) from pancreatic, colorectal, and gastric cancers were used to evaluate standard and experimental therapies. Incorporating cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) into organoid cultures improved patient therapy outcome prediction.

Modular relations for the Rogers-Ramanujan-Slater type functions of order fifteen and its applications to partitions [PDF]

open access: yesRomanian Journal of Mathematics and Computer Science, 2013
In a manuscript of Ramanujan, published with his Lost Notebook [20] there are forty identities involving the Rogers-Ramanujan functions. In this paper, we establish several modular relations involving the Rogers-Ramanujan functions and the Rogers ...

Facilitating modular property-preserving extensions of programming languages [PDF]

open access: yes, 1998
We will explore an approach to modular programming language descriptions and extensions in a denotational style. Based on a language core, language features are added stepwise on the core. Language features can be described separated from each other in

PAK1 activation drives divergent resistance mechanisms to aromatase inhibition and tamoxifen in a luminal: A breast cancer model

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Breast cancer remains a major cause of cancer death in women, frequently developing endocrine therapy resistance. This study demonstrates that upregulated p21‐activated kinase 1 (PAK1) activity drives resistance to tamoxifen and long‐term estrogen deprivation in ER+ breast cancer models.

Modular weights of wave functions on magnetized torus

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
We study the origin of modular weights of wave functions in magnetized T 2 models. It is explicitly demonstrated that the modular weights of the wave functions on magnetized T 2 are equivalent to their mass level.

ZW4864‐mediated inhibition of the β‐catenin/BCL9/BCL9L complex reveals therapeutic potential in bladder cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

Admissible representations and characters of the affine superalgebras osp(l,2) and ŝl(2|l) [PDF]

open access: yes, 1998
In this thesis we compute characters and supercharacters of irreducible admissible representations for the two affine superalgebras osp(l,2;C) and l(2|l;C).The work on osp(l, 2; C) includes a derivation of the embedding diagram.

Modular functions on multilattices [PDF]

open access: yes, 1995
summary:We prove that every modular function on a multilattice $L$ with values in a topological Abelian group generates a uniformity on $L$ which makes the multilattice operations uniformly continuous with respect to the exponential uniformity on the ...
