Effective-fourth-order resonator based MASH bandpass sigma-delta modulators
Two novel effective-fourth-order (eighth-order) resonator based MASH (MultistAge noise SHaping) bandpass Σ-Δ modulators are introduced at the behavioural level and subsequently examined by simulations utilising the ALTA SPW environment.

Subtype‐specific enhancer RNAs define transcriptional regulators and prognosis in breast cancers
This study employed machine learning methodologies to perform the subtype‐specific classification of RNA‐seq data sets, which are mapped on enhancers from TCGA‐derived breast cancer patients. Their integration with gene expression (referred to as ProxCReAM eRNAs) and chromatin accessibility profiles has the potential to identify lineage‐specific and ...

Motivated by the example of finite fields and quasi-finite fields, \textit{D. Macpherson} and \textit{C. Steinhorn} [Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 360, No. 1, 411--448 (2008; Zbl 1127.03026)] introduced a dimension/measure theory for certain classes of finite structures. This concept was developed further in [\textit{R. Elwes} and \textit{D. Macpherson}, Lond.

Optimal liquid crystal modulation controlled by surface alignment and anchoring strength
Spatial modulation of liquid crystals can be controlled and adjusted by light polarization, the degree of pretilt on the substrates, anchoring strength, and the experimental geometry.

Review of the anti-inflammatory effect of SIRT1 and SIRT2 modulators on neurodegenerative diseases
Neurodegenerative disease refers to a range of chronic and progressive disorders that are characterized by dysfunction and loss of neurons. Neurodegeneration involves protein misfolding, oxidative injury, impaired mitochondrial function, neurotrophin ...

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Stability analysis of bandpass sigma–delta modulators for single and dual tone sinusoidal inputs
In this paper, the stability boundaries of higher order 1-bit bandpass (BP) $Sigma{-}Delta$ modulators for single- and dual-sinusoidal inputs are determined using quasi-linear modeling together with the describing-function method.

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated
