Radiation‐Induced Skin Injury in Cancer Radiotherapy: From Mechanisms to Management

Post‐Occlusion Application of Skin Protective Creams Does Not Affect Occlusion‐Induced Barrier Changes: A Randomized Controlled Experimental Study

Post‐occlusion application of protective creams did not consistently reduce occlusion‐induced skin barrier impairment after glove use. Protective efficacy probably depends on formulation and timing, with only immediate pre‐irritant application showing a significant reduction in SLS‐induced barrier disruption.

Effects of thyroxine and nano‐melatonin supplementation on cryopreserved Simmental bull semen were evaluated. The combination of thyroxine (0.5 µg/dL) and nano‐melatonin (30 µg/dL) significantly improved post‐thaw sperm motility, membrane integrity, antioxidant status, and fertility while reducing oxidative stress and apoptosis.
