Ion Concentration and Voltage Imaging With Fluorescent Nanodiamonds
We demonstrate reversible switching between the fluorescent NV0 and the dark NV+ state, in sub‐30 nm FNDs via surface oxidation and hydrogenation, respectively. In an electrochemical cell, we show that the fluorescence from hydrogenated particles enables all‐optical imaging of voltages and ion concentrations at the micrometer scale.

Fast Hydrogel Micro‐Actuators Driven by Electric Fields
We report the fabrication of chemically programmable electroactuating microstructures through the first integration of two‐photon polymerization with electrically actuated gelatin methacrylate‐based hydrogels. By tailoring the charge of the polymer network, we demonstrate programmable polarity‐dependent bending, enabling microstructures that ...

Iterative Selection of DNA Nanostructures for Cellular Uptake
DNA nanostructures are promising cell targeting delivery vehicles for therapeutics, but the targeting behavior is not fully understood. In this study, libraries of DNA nanostructures that can be amplified and sequenced are combined with cellular uptake as a selection pressure to iteratively refine DNA structures taken up in cells to better understand ...

Unveiling the hidden interactome of CRBN molecular glues
Induced proximity by molecular glues refers to strategies that leverage the recruitment of proteins to facilitate their modification, regulation or degradation. As prospective design of molecular glues remains challenging, unbiased discovery methods are necessary to discover new chemical targets.
