To investigate the application of using typical gangue-based molecular sieves as stabilizers for the remediation of soil contaminated with heavy metal cadmium (Cd), we used high iron content X-type molecular sieves (Fe-NaX) and amino-modified X-type ...

Starmaya: The first arabica F1 coffee hybrid produced using genetic male sterility [PDF]
In the present paper, we evaluated the implementation of a seed production system based on the exploitation of male sterility on coffee. We studied specifically the combination between CIR-SM01 and Marsellesa® (a Sarchimor line), which provides a hybrid ...

Here, we demonstrate that HS1BP3 interacts with Cortactin through a proline‐rich region (PRR3.1) and show that this interaction, and HS1BP3 itself, promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. Inhibition of this interaction leads to build‐up of TKS5 in multivesicular endosomes and altered secretion of CD63 and CD9, providing an explanation for the ...

Biogas Clean-up and Upgrading by Adsorption on Commercial Molecular Sieves
The effect of the competitive adsorption of H2S, Water and CO2 on molecular sieves 13X is here reported. The uptake of trace amounts (100 ppmv) of H2S was experimentally calculated by means of short term breakthrough tests either in the presence of small

Gas transport and separation with ceramic membranes. Part II: Synthesis and separation properties of microporous membranes [PDF]
Non-supported microporous silica (amorphous) and titania thin films were made by the polymeric gel route. The titania system consisted of particles smaller than 5 nm.

Ixazomib inhibits proteasome‐mediated degradation of topoisomerase I induced by irinotecan, thereby restoring drug sensitivity and promoting tumor cell death in colorectal cancer. Irinotecan, a topoisomerase I (topoI) inhibitor, is widely used for colorectal cancer, but resistance remains a major clinical challenge.

Nickel complexes of phosphine-appended benzannulated boron heterocycles [PDF]
We report the synthesis and characterization of two diphosphine nickel complexes containing 9-borafluorene (PBFlu, 9-(diisopropylphosphino)phenyl-9-borafluorene) and 9,10-dihydroboranthrene (B 2 P 2 , 9,10-bis(2-(diisopropylphosphino)phenyl)-9,10 ...

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.
