Molecular Weight Distribution of Polypropylene
Kobunshi Kagaku, 1965 Ziegler-Natta触媒で合成したポリプロピレンの分子量分布を沈殿濁度法*1により測定し, 累積重量分率I (M) =5-95%の範囲で対数正規分布に近似されることを確かめた。しかし実測のデータは上記範囲外, 特に高分子量領域で対数正規分布からずれてくるものが多く, 直線の勾配から計算される重量平均分子量Mwおよび数平均分子量Mnはかなりの誤差を伴う。著者らは高分子端の補正を行なった修正対数正規分布を適用することにより, これを解決することができた。また, 対数正規分布の場合には, Mnと併用してQ値 (=Mw/Mn) を相対的な不均一性を表わす尺度として採用しうることを考察した。

Effective therapeutic targeting of CTNNB1‐mutant hepatoblastoma with WNTinib
Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.WNTinib, a Wnt/CTNNB1 inhibitor, was tested in hepatoblastoma (HB) experimental models. It delayed tumor growth and improved survival in CTNNB1‐mutant in vivo models. In organoids, WNTinib outperformed cisplatin and showed enhanced efficacy in combination therapy, supporting its potential as a targeted treatment for CTNNB1‐mutated HB.

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma
Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.
