This work systematically explored the anti‐chronic gastritis mechanism of the FAI‐BCT herb pair. UPLC‐Q‐TOF‐MS/MS was applied to identify absorbed prototypes and metabolites of FAI‐BCT in rat plasma. Combining database mining, network pharmacology, molecular docking, and molecular dynamics simulation, we screened the key bioactive components and core ...

The Challenges of Performing Controlled Trials of Diet Therapies in Gastroenterology
ABSTRACT Dietary trials methodology in the field of translational gastrointestinal research is fraught with constraints, relating to cost, practicalities of executing dietary trials, and the particulars of manipulating foods that often cannot be overcome. As such, dietary interventions may be unfairly judged as low quality.

Abstract BACKGROUND Assessing crop's responses to elevated carbon dioxide (eCO2) is crucial for global food security. This study examines the impact of eCO2 (700 μmol mol−1) on the cultivars of lentil (Lens culinaris), local Pardina Verde Rayada lentil (PVRL), and commercial Pardina lentil (PL) in terms of the productivity and nutritional composition ...

Mass spectrometry imaging of N‐linked glycans: Fundamentals and recent advances
Abstract With implications in several medical conditions, N‐linked glycosylation is one of the most important posttranslation modifications present in all living organisms. Due to their nontemplate synthesis, glycan structures are extraordinarily complex and require multiple analytical techniques for complete structural elucidation.
