Integrated Extraction of Tea Tree Oil and Polysaccharides From Melaleuca alternifolia Using Three‐Phase Partitioning: Process Optimization, Techno‐Economic Analysis, and Sustainability Evaluation

This mild three‐phase partitioning method simultaneously recovers tea tree oil and heteropolysaccharides from Melaleuca alternifolia. Optimized parameters are validated at a 30 L pilot scale; the key bioactive terpinen‐4‐ol in oil meets national standards, and techno‐economic analysis reveals its promising green industrial potential.
