Network Pharmacology and Experimental Validation Reveal the Potential Antidepressant‐Like Effects of Chaihu Shugan San Associated With Glutamate Homeostasis

UPLC‐MS/MS and computational analyses identified the chemical constituents and potential biological relevance of CHSGS. In CRS‐exposed mice, CHSGS treatment alleviated behavioral abnormalities and improved hippocampal glutamate homeostasis, suggesting that regulation of glutamate homeostasis may contribute to its antidepressant‐like effects.
