Floral meristem (FM) activity is crucial for the initiation of floral organs. In this study, SE represses IPT7 expression and cytokinin signaling via both the miR171c‐5p–KNAT2 and miR164c–CUC1/2–KNAT2 regulatory modules, thereby repressing FM activity. In contrast, STM induces both KNAT2 and IPT7 expression.

Properties and host range of turnip crinkle, rosette and yellow mosaic viruses
Three isolates of turnip yellow mosaic virus and two other flea-beetle transmitted viruses, turnip crinkle and turnip rosette, have many similar properties : thermal inactivation end-point between 80 and 90 degrees C.; dilution end-point greater than 10(-

RNA structural profiling of Turnip Yellow Mosaic Virus by DMS‐MaPseq and DREEM analyses uncover that viral genome‐wide RSS is highly complicated and heterogeneous, with alternative RSSs widely distributed across the genome. Notably, the viral 3’ tRNA‐like structure adopts alternative conformations in vivo.

Cross-protection between Sunn-hemp Mosaic and Tobacco Mosaic Viruses
Summary Cross-protection reactions of two tobamoviruses, sunn-hemp mosaic virus (SHMV) and common tobacco mosaic virus (TMV-C), were investigated and compared. A mutant of SHMV (SHMV-n), produced by nitrous acid treatment, induced necrotic lesions in bean. SHMV protected completely against this mutant and against SHMV-n RNA. SHMV in bean protected only

Resistant Peanut Genotype Reprograms Rhizosphere Metabolism to Enhance Bacterial Wilt Suppression
The resistant peanut genotype selectively recruits beneficial bacteria, which coincides with the activation of salicylic acid (SA)‐dependent systemic acquired resistance (SAR) against Ralstonia solanacearum. Keystone rhizosphere metabolites are positively correlated with both beneficial microbiome assembly and SAR gene expression.

Antiviral activity of leaf-bud gum-resin of Tarenna asiatica
The leaf-bud exudate of Tarenna asiatica (Rubiaceae: Ixoroideae, Pavetteae) is investigated for its biological activity. The crude benzene extract and corymbosin (pure compound isolated) were screened for antiviral activity by using ELISA and PCR methods
