MYCOFLORA OF IMPORTED FROZEN BEEF [PDF]

A total of 95 Cartons containing imported frozen beef cuts 21 forequarter, 29 flank & brisket, 37 hindquarter and different cuts were examined for the presence of Mycoflora. A total of 125 moulds could be isolalted and identified.
